This is probably one of the shortest posts I will ever write. Here is a recipe for a three ingredient marinara sauce that a coworker shared with me! I can’t wait to try it!
In a food processor, puree 1 can (28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes. In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 15 minutes. Refrigerate for up to three days; freeze for up to three months! Makes 2 cups.
